From Porch to Posh Bath

This Craftsman bungalow only had a single bath and needed a second. We annexed this old back porch, which previously had been turned into a storage space for a water heater. The walls, floors, and joists needed to be rebuilt. Once we completed structural repair and replacement of the clapboards, we installed Italian marble tile, beaded board wainscoting, crown molding, double glass shower doors, our signature double shower heads and a gorgeous salvaged
